
Toronto, Ontario -- An American paint company is releasing two new automotive clearcoat lines.
PPG Industries is launching the the PPG Super Value SC300 Series and the PPG DELTRON® NXT DC7020 Premium Glamour Speed Clearcoat.

The PPG Super Value SC300 Series clearcoats are fast-drying, reliable and cost-effective solutions tailored for value-focused repair facilities. These acrylic urethane clearcoats are available in versions that comply with both the U.S. EPA National Rule and the more stringent Rule 2.1 VOC requirements applicable in states including California. The line offers flexibility in curing methods, allowing for either air-drying or baking.
The PPG DELTRON NXT DC7020 Premium Glamour Speed Clearcoat is aimed at the premium collision repair market. It boasts a curing time of five minutes at 140°F or under 60 minutes at room temperature. When applied over PPG ENVIROBASE High Performance waterborne or PPG Deltron NXT solventborne basecoats, it achieves a high-gloss finish. The ultrafast bake time is meant to both accelerates cycle times and reduce energy consumption for collision repair facilities.
