Patching the Process: Autel updates alignment and ADAS software

Toronto, Ontario – Repairers using the Autel IA900WA aligner system and the MaxiSYS Ultra ADAS advanced diagnostic tablet should ensure they update their software as soon as possible.

On April 10, Autel released a software update that allows its alignment and ADAS calibration software to be used on a range of 2025 and 2026 vehicle models from General Motors, Honda, Dodge, Jeep, Subaru, Toyota, Tesla, Hyundai and more.

After installation, the update will allow the diagnostic tablet to align and ADAS calibration coverage information for vehicles from several OEMs. The updates will apply to numerous GM vehicles, such as the Buick Envision; Cadillac Celestiq, CT5, Escalade, Lyriq, Optiq and XT4; the Chevrolet Blazer, BrightDrop, 400/600, Colorado, Equinox, Express, Suburban, Tahoe and Traverse; the GMC Acadia, Canyon, Savana, Terrain and Yukon XL. 

Also covered under the update are new Honda models, including for the Civic, CR-V, Passport and Prologue, as well as for the Acura-branded MDX, RDX and TLX. 

It also includes alignment and ADAS calibration updates for several Hyundai vehicles, including the G90, GV70, Ioniq 5 and Ioniq 6.

Among the other models included in the latest update are KIA's EV9 and Niro, as well as for the Nissan Pathfinder, Infinity Q50 and QX55, the Dodge Durango and Hornet and Jeep Wagoneer, Subaru Crosstrek, Impreza, Forester and WRX as well as for Tesla Model 3, Model Y, Model S and Model X.
