
Moncton, New Brunswick — Fix Network Canada launched its first regional meeting of the year in Moncton this week, bringing together local franchisees for a day of collaboration and strategy.
The event featured a keynote address from Daryll O’Keefe, newly appointed vice-president of strategic business development for North America, who spoke about why the franchise exists and the values that guide it.
His remarks underlined the importance of shared purpose in building both individual and network-wide success.

Franchisees were also given updates on Fix Network’s business plans for the year ahead, including initiatives in business development, sales and operations, marketing, IT and data performance. Leaders emphasized the tools and support available to help shops adapt to industry changes and thrive in the competitive market.
With the Moncton session complete, the company says it looks forward to continuing its cross-country engagement with franchise partners throughout 2025.
