CARSTAR Quebec has appointed Karine Élément as regional operations manager.
“It is with great enthusiasm that we welcome Karine Element to the CARSTAR Quebec team as regional operations manager (AMO), effective June 1, 2026,” Rémi Michaud, CARSTAR Canada regional director for Quebec, wrote in a social media post.
Élément brings more than 20 years of experience in the auto damage industry, with experience in bodywork and estimating.
“Her global understanding of the industry – both on the insurer side and in field operations – makes her a strategic asset for our network,” Michaud wrote. “It will also act as a reference in estimation, contributing to the evolution of our practices, in particular by integrating the new realities related to artificial intelligence.”
Michaud added that Element is recognized for “her human approach, her energy and her mobilizing leadership.”
