Mercedes-Benz Canada has appointed Susann Mayhead as president and chief executive officer.
Mayhead will oversee Mercedes-Benz passenger cars, Mercedes-AMG, Mercedes-Maybach and Mercedes-Benz Vans operations in Canada. She will also lead the company’s approximately 250 employees and its network of 57 authorized dealerships nationwide.

Mayhead joined Daimler Financial Services in 2000 and has held senior leadership roles across finance, customer service, operations and sales and marketing in Europe, the United States and Canada.
In 2021, she was appointed managing director and CEO of Mercedes-Benz Financial Services for Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg. Most recently, she served as member of the board of management for human relations and labour relations director at Mercedes-Benz Mobility AG.
