All Clear Diagnostics & Calibration and Dynamic Solutions have promoted Jason Vilardi to Chief Revenue Officer and Jon Delgado to President, positioning both companies to accelerate their growth strategies and expand from regional to nationwide operations.

All Clear Diagnostics & Calibration and Dynamic Solutions have announced the promotions of Jason Vilardi to chief revenue officer of All Clear and Jon Delgado to president of Dynamic Solutions.
As chief revenue officer, Vilardi will oversee All Clear’s revenue strategy, including sales, business development, marketing, strategic partnerships and customer growth.
In the role, Vilardi will align these functions around a unified go-to-market strategy as All Clear expands from a regional organization into a nationwide operation. His responsibilities will include strengthening the All Clear brand, expanding into new markets, developing national customer and strategic partner relationships and building a scalable commercial strategy.
Vilardi has played an important role in All Clear’s growth, helping develop strategic partnerships and commercial opportunities as the company has expanded its reach. His industry experience includes work with asTech, CCC and Audatex.

Delgado has been promoted from chief operating officer of Dynamic Solutions to president, where he will lead the continued growth and development of the business.
In his expanded role, Delgado will focus on Dynamic Solutions’ equipment sales and technical support capabilities, as well as areas including training, software engineering and technology solutions.
“Jon has been an important part of Dynamic Solutions’ growth, and this promotion reflects the leadership, technical expertise, and vision he brings to the business,” said Proctor. “We have an opportunity to build on the momentum we’ve created while continuing to expand into new areas, and Jon is an important part of that future.”

Delgado brings more than 20 years of innovation and leadership experience in the automotive industry. Most recently, he served as chief technology officer of Repairify, where he led a global team across engineering, product management, quality assurance, data insights and IT.
Delgado holds dual bachelor’s degrees in computer science and mathematics from the University of Texas, a master’s degree in mathematics from the University of Kansas and an MBA from Georgia Southern University.
He has contributed to the development of technical standards used across the automotive industry through CIECA and was named the 2023 SEMA Innovator of the Year.
