An MSO is expanding its presence in Calgary.
A third Simplicity Car Care location operated by the Ultimate Car Care Group has opened in Calgary, with a concierge model intended to reduce the time customers spend arranging collision repairs and replacement transportation.
Simplicity Car Care Avenida Concierge is located at 619-12445 Lake Fraser Dr. S.E.
Franchise partners Arik Hasson and Paolo De Gaetano operate the three locations. Hasson opened the group’s first independent repair facility in 2008 and joined the Simplicity Car Care network in 2019.
“As vehicle technology and customer lifestyles have evolved, we realize people need a more flexible, premium solution,” Hasson said. “Our Avenida Concierge location isn’t just about fixing and protecting vehicles. It’s about giving Calgary drivers their time back.”
The new site also offers paint protection film, ceramic coatings, glass service, paintless dent repair and advanced driver assistance system calibration.
“Arik and his team have done a phenomenal job scaling their operations in Calgary, and this boutique, concierge-driven model is the next evolution of that growth,” said Domenic Ieraci, chief executive officer of Simplicity Car Care.
