Hamilton, Ontario -- CARSTAR Hamilton Rymal completed its second annual Christmas Toy Drive in support of Hamilton-based charity CityKidz, collecting toy donations from staff and customers throughout the holiday season.
The donated items were delivered directly to CityKidz by members of the CARSTAR Hamilton Rymal team. The initiative marked the shop’s second consecutive year supporting the organization through a holiday toy drive.
“Carstar Rymal Hamilton was delighted with the support from customers and staff who contributed to our second annual Christmas Toy drive to support CityKidz, here in Hamilton,” said Michelle Ellis, office manager at CARSTAR Rymal. “Their programs run year-round, with weekly activities for all ages. They also provide meals and transportation. It has been a wonderful way to give back to the community and spread a little Christmas cheer, while learning about how we can have a positive impact so close to home,”
CityKidz delivers year-round programming in Hamilton, offering weekly activities for children and youth across a wide age range. Its services include meals and transportation, extending beyond seasonal support initiatives.
Members of the CARSTAR Hamilton Rymal team delivered the donations in person, where they received a tour of the CityKidz facility and learned more about the organization’s ongoing operations and scope of work throughout the year.
