TORCAM CARSTAR Group welcomed its partners from the Brantford Bulldogs Hockey Club on July 22 to present a $10,715 cheque to Cystic Fibrosis Canada.
Funds were raised through franchise partners and the generosity of the community during the CARSTAR Game Day.
“A huge thank you to the Brantford Bulldogs for giving us the platform to fundraise for a cause we deeply care about and support,” TORCAM CARSTAR Group wrote in a social media post, thanking donors and participants who made the contribution possible. “Together, we’re making a real difference! One donation, one partnership and one community at a time.”
CF Canada has been CARSTAR’s charity of choice since 1997, when a CARSTAR franchise owner’s granddaughter was diagnosed with CF, resulting in a partnership that has raised more than $6 million for CF research, care and advocacy.
