
Toronto, Ontario -- The Slam Dunk Stroll, CARSTAR Canada's charity walk fundraising for Cystic Fibrosis Canada, raised $8,850 on August 20, the first day of the franchise's 2025 conference.
“Being part of the Slam Dunk Stroll means more than just walking—it’s about coming together as a team to help slam dunk cystic fibrosis," said Sabrina Thring, president of Driven Brands Collision Group. "Every step brings us closer to a future without this disease."
While CARSTAR aims to raise more than $100,000 during the conference, its Canadian franchises have already raised $284,350 this year.
The top 10 fundraisers of the year are:

- CARSTAR Onoway ($5,710)
- CARSTAR London Center (Don Mor) ($5,000)
- Unique CARSTAR Saskatoon and Estevan ($3,676)
- CARSTAR Kenora ($3,042)
Over the past 25 years, CARSTAR has raised more than $6 million for CF Canada.
