
Uniparts O.E.M. Canada Inc. has announced the promotion of three team members, strengthening its leadership and sales operations across Ontario and Alberta.
The company has promoted Phil Jennings, John Donald and Scott Kubota, reinforcing its focus on developing internal talent while supporting continued growth across its national network.

Phil Jennings has been appointed director of sales.
Jennings brings more than 15 years of executive sales experience, including eight years in senior management roles. He has remained active in the collision repair sector, serving on the Canadian Collision Industry Forum (CCIF) steering committee and as a long-time committee member of the Crash It Golf Tournament.
He has a proven track record of driving revenue growth and will focus on expanding market reach, identifying new business opportunities and leading the company’s sales team.

John Donald named director of operations
Donald has been with Uniparts for just over three years and has played a central role in strengthening relationships and delivering results across key accounts. He brings experience from both the collision repair and OEM dealership sectors in Canada and the United Kingdom.
In his new role, Donald will work closely with OEM dealership partners and the collision repair network, supporting operational performance, collaboration and long-term growth.

Kubota takes on Alberta territory role
Scott Kubota has been promoted to southern Alberta territory manager for the collision division. Since joining the company, Kubota has demonstrated a strong work ethic and built solid relationships with customers across the region. The company says his approach and attitude have contributed to growth in the Alberta market.
Kubota will focus on expanding Uniparts’ presence in southern Alberta while supporting customers across the collision repair sector.
