
Uni-Select Inc. promotes Philippe-André Bisson to head of product marketing, expanding his mandate across its mechanic and paint, body and equipment divisions as the Boucherville-based distributor tightens its commercial alignment.
The news comes shortly after Bisson joined Uni-Select in December as channel marketing lead for the paint and collision department.
Bisson announced the move on LinkedIn, writing: “I’m happy to share that I’ve been promoted to Head of Product Marketing at Uni-Select Inc.!”
In the expanded role, he said he will lead the product marketing team across both divisions “with a focus on strengthening our go-to-market strategy, elevating category performance, and driving tighter alignment between product, sales, operations, and our partners.”
He added: “I’m grateful for the confidence placed in me and excited to contribute to the next phase of our organization’s strategic direction. Working alongside exceptional colleagues across the business, I’m committed to helping position our brands, products, and customer experience for long-term success.”
Before joining Uni-Select, Bisson spent two years as director of marketing and communications at Fix Network World, overseeing national marketing initiatives across B2B and B2C brands. Earlier roles include senior product communications positions at General Motors and Kia Canada Inc..
Uni-Select distributes automotive refinish products, industrial coatings and mechanical parts across Canada and international markets. The promotion consolidates product marketing oversight across divisions as the company aligns product, sales and operational functions within its aftermarket portfolio.
