Toronto, Ontario -- Certified Collision Group, a network of independently owned collision repair facilities with shared certification standards, training programs and insurer and OEM relationships, has appointed two new executives.

Ryan Ross has been named vice-president of member development for Square One Systems and Steve Fardelos director of vendor management for Certified Collision Group.

According to the company, the appointments are intended to strengthen Certified Collision Group’s affiliate support, vendor partnerships and OEM relationships as the organization continues to expand its platform and services.

“As we continue to invest in resources, adding talented leaders like Ryan and Steve strengthens our ability to deliver value. They bring decades of industry experience, strong perspective, proven leadership and are both highly engaged in the industry,” Michelle Sullivan, CEO of Certified Collision Group, said. “Their addition positions us to accelerate offerings and expand our capabilities for affiliates, members and partners.”

In his new role, Ross will focus on expanding member value through strategic initiatives, collaborative programs and growth-focused engagement. His background spans sales, operations and consulting within the collision repair and automotive sectors, with experience scaling programs, mentoring teams and driving performance improvements.

“I am excited to join Square One Systems and the Certified Collision Group. This is a top-notch organization run by some incredible people and grateful for the opportunity,” Ross said.

Fardelos will oversee vendor strategy, partner alignment and program optimization to support affiliate success and long-term organizational growth. His experience in vendor relations and cross-functional collaboration is expected to support results-driven partner programs.

“Certified Collision Group has earned a strong reputation for supporting independent collision repairers through disciplined partnerships and long-term value, and I’m proud to join the team and be part of that continued mission,” Fardelos said.

“These hires reflect our ongoing investment in people, partnerships and performance,” Erin Solis, senior vice-president of Square One Systems, said. “Ryan and Steve bring leadership, industry credibility and a results-driven mindset that aligns with our mission and future growth.”
