On the Move: Rebecca Fyfe joins Mitchell as Sr. client services manager

Toronto, Ontario -- Rebecca Fyfe has been appointed as senior client services manager at Mitchell International.

"I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as senior client services manager at Mitchell International!" Fyfe wrote in a social media post.

Mitchell International provides estimating software, claims technology and repair data products used by collision repair facilities, insurers and automotive service providers. In her new role, Fyfe will work with Canadian customers to support client relationships, product adoption and service delivery across Mitchell’s repair and claims technology platforms.

The move was confirmed by Mitchell, with Sinh Quan, sales director of Canadian corporate accounts at Mitchell International, responding to the post with: “Welcome to the team.”

Fyfe brings more than 15 years of experience supporting collision repair operations, insurers and suppliers, most recently serving as territory manager for Uniparts O.E.M. Canada in British Columbia and previously as vice-president of sales at Certified Collision Group.  She also spent more than 13 years with AutoHouse Technologies in progressively senior roles spanning customer support, product specialization and client development.

The post drew congratulatory responses from executives and managers at organizations including CARSTAR Canada, FIX Network Canada, Lift Auto Group, BASF Automotive Refinish Coatings, Enterprise Mobility and Allstate.
