St. Louis, Missouri -- Dent Wizard International, an automotive reconditioning services company based in Bridgeton, Missouri, has named Bryan Wynn as its next chief executive officer, effective Jan. 1, 2026.
Founded in 1983, Dent Wizard International provides paintless dent repair, wheel and rim repair, interior and exterior reconditioning and related cosmetic vehicle services. The company operates across the United States and Canada, serving automotive dealerships, insurers, rental fleets and collision repairers through a network of several thousand technicians, making it the largest automotive reconditioning provider in North America.
Wynn joined Dent Wizard in 2022 as chief financial officer and was later promoted to president, with responsibility for finance, operations planning, technology and growth initiatives. Before joining Dent Wizard, he served as an executive vice-president at Bain Capital, where his work included supporting automotive services and refinishing businesses on growth and operational strategy.
In a statement announcing the appointment, Wynn said, “I step into this role with energy, optimism and deep respect for the people who built Dent Wizard into the leader it is today. Our strategies remain our North Star.”
The company added that the leadership change is part of a planned succession process and that the company’s strategic direction remains unchanged.
Wynn succeeds Mike Black, who has served as chief executive officer since 2018 and has spent more than 23 years with the company. Black will transition into a mentoring and advisory role.
“The future of Dent Wizard is bright," he said in a press release. "I have complete confidence in Bryan’s leadership and vision for the company, his commitment to customers and support of our employees.”
