Varagic will succeed Keith Tuttosi, a long-time employee who announced he would be retiring from the company after a 36-year career in 2023.

In his post, Varagic thanked Tuttosi for supporting the transition.

"A special thank you to Keith Tuttosi for his invaluable support during this transition; I look forward to working closely with him until his well-deserved retirement."
