Brantford, Ontario -- NOVUS Glass Brantford West is officially open, offering auto glass repair and replacement services to the community, under owners Jason and Carol Versteeg.

The location marks an expansion of the Versteegs’ existing business, Tech Savvy Automotive. Versteeg says his shift toward glass followed increased customer need for recalibration during windshield repair work as more vehicles arrive equipped with ADAS.

NOVUS Glass Brantford West is equipped with the Hunter Ultimate ADAS machine for in-house calibration work, supporting the added glass services now offered under the Tech Savvy Automotive umbrella. Versteeg’s background includes recognition as a top technician and service manager at Mazda, experience he said reinforces his focus at the new location.

"I've worked in various roles within the automotive industry, and I've learned the importance of fairness in service. This experience allows me to understand the challenges each position faces and ensure that our customers receive transparent and honest service," Versteeg said.

Plans are already underway to expand the shop footprint with additional bays and office space dedicated to glass and ADAS work.

“This launch reflects what Fix Network does best: empower great local owners with the technology, training and support that make a visible difference for customers,” said Zakari Krieger, vice-president at Prime CarCare and the Fix Network. “Under Jason’s leadership, NOVUS Glass Brantford West is a standout example of a savvy entrepreneur meeting drivers where they are -- delivering more convenience, more capability and the same NOVUS quality customers trust.”
