CARSTAR Lethbridge, a CARSTAR franchise location owned by the Raydar Collision Group, announced the successful rollout of its comprehensive Repair Planning Excellence initiative in a social media post this week.
As a step in CARSTAR Lethbridge’s journey to refine workflows, elevate repair quality and speed up turnaround times for customers and insurance partners, the newly integrated process is designed to optimize every stage of the customer journey, from the First Notice of Loss to final vehicle delivery.
“This location sees a lot of large towing hits, so it’s critical to create a predictable environment,” said Brad Green, director of operations and performance management at Raydar Collision Group. “Our intention with this initiative is to set up the shop for success from day one, ensuring there will be no surprises after the vehicle has been repair planned.”
The leadership team celebrated the rollout by hosting a Staff Appreciation BBQ for the CARSTAR Lethbridge team to end the week, taking a well-deserved moment to pause, reflect on the accomplishment and enjoy great food together.
