
Las Vegas, Nevada -- CIECA announced its 2025 award recipients on November 4 during the Collision Industry Red Carpet Awards at the SEMA Show in Las Vegas. The honours recognized contributors who support the organization’s data standards and ongoing committee work across the collision repair sector.
IAA received the 2025 Electronic Commerce Company of the Year Award for its long-standing support of the CIECA CONNEX Conference and consistent committee involvement. IAA vice-president Mark Helveston has served on the board of trustees for seven years and remains highly active across multiple committees. Helvenston noted that membership ensures the company stays aligned with published data standards, enabling seamless digital communication and collaboration throughout the industry.
Three Outstanding Contribution Awards were also presented.

Abhijeet Gulati, senior director of artificial intelligence and machine learning at Mitchell, was recognized for his work on the Architecture Committee and development of the AI CIECA message. “As we continue to develop and evolve, I think standards are going to play a pivotal role in this space. I am very happy to continue contributing to this end
Don Porter, industry consultant for the United Recyclers Group, received an Outstanding Contribution Award for his involvement in and support of the CIECA CONNEX Conference. “I'm proud to receive this award,” Porter said, adding that CIECA Standards help each segment streamline processes and deliver strong service.
