Jessy Dufresne and Eric Henault, owners of CARSTAR Rawdon and CARSTAR St-Félix-de-Valois, have been named CARSTAR Canada’s 2026 Franchisees of the Year.

The award, CARSTAR’s highest individual franchise recognition, was presented at the Impact 2026 conference and recognizes franchise partners for operational performance, customer service, community involvement and leadership within the network.

“Receiving this award is an incredible honour and a reflection of the hard work, dedication and pride our entire team brings to the shop every day,” said Dufresne and Henault. “We are grateful to our employees, customers and community for their continued trust and support.”

The Quebec-based franchisees were also recognized for their involvement in the broader CARSTAR network and their community work.

Dufresne helped launch the second annual CARSTAR Golf Tournament in support of Cystic Fibrosis Canada. The event, held in Saint-Hyacinthe, Que., brought together 138 golfers and raised $38,000 for the organization, up from $35,000 raised through the previous year’s tournament.

The tournament received support from CARSTAR franchise partners, suppliers, distributors, insurers and employees.

“Jessy and Eric have built a strong business rooted in operational excellence, customer care and team development,” said Dave Foster, senior vice-president of CARSTAR Canada. “Their leadership, dedication to their community and commitment to supporting the broader CARSTAR network make them truly deserving of this recognition.”

CARSTAR Canada has more than 800 independently owned and operated collision repair locations across North America, including locations in all 10 Canadian provinces. The network is part of Driven Brands’ Collision Group.
