Bigger Footprint: Induction Innovations Expands Elgin Headquarters

Induction Innovations has relocated to a 31,000-square-foot headquarters in Elgin, Ill., more than doubling its previous operating space as the manufacturer prepares for future growth.

The company moved to 1575 Executive Dr. after 16 years at its former Elgin headquarters, which covered 12,400 square feet.

The new facility provides additional space for manufacturing, warehousing and office operations. Induction Innovations has been operating from the facility for approximately one month.

The company began planning the relocation nearly a year before the move, with construction and infrastructure improvements completed before manufacturing equipment, warehouse inventory and office operations were transferred.

Induction Innovations designs and manufactures flameless induction heating systems for the automotive and collision repair sectors, as well as heavy-duty trucking, manufacturing, agriculture, marine and industrial applications.

Despite the expansion, the company chose to remain in Elgin, where it has operated since 2010.

“We choose to build our legacy right here through elite Made in the USA craftsmanship,” said Cliff Lu, national account specialist. “Our engineering is superior, our standards are untouchable, and our service operates on a level the competition can only dream of reaching.”

The expanded facility is intended to support the company’s manufacturing and operational needs as it plans for continued growth.
