Fix Network Canada brought franchisees, suppliers and corporate team members together for its 2026 Ontario Regional Meeting, with discussions ranging from business conditions and industry challenges to artificial intelligence and emerging collision repair technology.
The two-day event included business updates, breakout sessions and discussions focused on issues affecting Fix Network franchisees and the broader automotive aftermarket.
A networking reception opened the meeting, giving franchisees, sponsors and corporate team members an opportunity to connect and exchange ideas. The evening also included an awards ceremony recognizing franchise partners for leadership, business performance and involvement in their communities.
The meeting featured Fix Network’s first Owner Fireside Chat, which brought franchise partners together to discuss the strategies, challenges and lessons they have encountered while building their businesses.
Artificial intelligence was also on the agenda. Nick Allegretta of Fix Auto Décarie discussed how AI and other emerging technologies are beginning to affect collision repair and how repair businesses are starting to put the tools to work in their operations.
The Ontario gathering is part of Fix Network Canada’s regional meeting program, which brings franchisees together across the country to discuss business conditions, share experiences and recognize achievements within the network.
