Toronto, Ontario -- Nominations for the Women’s Industry Network’s 2026 Most Influential Women awards will open Monday, Nov. 3, 2025, and close Monday, Jan. 5, 2026.

The annual awards recognize women across the collision repair industry in Canada and the United States for their leadership, mentorship and community involvement.

Award recipients will be honoured at the 2026 WIN Conference, taking place May 4–6 at the JW Marriott Tucson Starr Pass Resort & Spa in Tucson, Arizona.

“The Most Influential Women award exists to recognize women for their guidance, leadership, and industry commitment,” said Jenny Anderson, WIN Chair of the MIW Awards Committee. “The award focuses on four areas -- their professional accomplishments, mentoring and support for others in the collision repair industry, their lasting influence in the profession and going beyond the requirements of their professional lives to give back to their communities.”

Nominees will be reviewed and interviewed by an independent selection committee made up of industry professionals, past MIW recipients and WIN members who do not currently serve in leadership roles. Winners are chosen based on established criteria, including influence, professional accomplishments, mentorship and community service.

Since its inception in 1999, the MIW program has recognized more than 130 women who have advanced the collision repair industry through leadership, innovation and dedication. WIN took over stewardship of the program in 2013 to further its mission of “driving the future of collision repair by attracting, developing and advancing women.”

In 2025, WIN honoured six industry leaders -- Juliet Alleman of CollisionRight, Trista Anger of BASF, Renee Sicotte of Marion Auto Body and Glass, Erin Solis of Square One Systems/Coyote Vision Group, Tanya Sweetland of OEC and Mandy Wynn of DCR Systems.
