Niagara Falls, Ontario -- Simplicity Car Care recognized its top performers at the 2025 Growth Conference in Niagara Falls, celebrating franchisees and leaders who demonstrated outstanding results over the past year.
The Wow the Customer Award went to Simplicity Car Care Ottawa West, which achieved a 95.3 percent satisfaction score from 191 responses.
Ottawa West also received the Best Cycle Time Award for completing repairs in an average of 4.1 days on jobs with a $4,500 severity.
The Sales Growth Award was presented to Simplicity Car Care Calgary Northeast after the location posted a 150 percent increase. Other shops, including Red Deer, Airdrie and Montreal North, also reported notable growth, but Calgary Northeast led the way.
Simplicity Car Care Gatineau earned the Highest Sales Per Square Foot Award for maximizing performance within its facility.
The Highest Sales Store Award went to Simplicity Car Care Edmonton Southeast, the network’s top overall sales performer.
Simplicity Car Care Laval claimed the Progress Award for its focus on scorecard performance and its transition to a TD centre.
The Engagement Award recognized Kent Bodin of Simplicity Car Care Medicine Hat, along with the team at Simplicity Car Care Port Perry, including Daren Jones, for their commitment to collaboration and involvement across the network.
Sam Nguyen of Simplicity Car Care Edmonton North earned the Brand Ambassador Award for his active role within his cultural community.
The Leadership Award was presented to Troy Kay, who was recognized for mentoring fellow franchisees and supporting the network nationally and regionally.
Simplifier of the Year went to Chantal Cox for her work with the Franchise Advisory Council, her community involvement and her efforts to keep franchisees connected and engaged.
The awards capped off Simplicity’s annual conference, which gathered franchisees, vendors and industry leaders to share strategy, celebrate growth and look ahead to the year to come.
