CARSTAR Canada has appointed Zach MacPhail as business data analyst.
MacPhail will support analytics work across Driven Brands and the CARSTAR Canada network. His work will include reporting, process automation and business analysis intended to help identify operational and growth opportunities across the network.
“Zach MacPhail’s technical expertise and analytical mindset make him a strong addition to our team,” said Dave Foster, senior vice-president of operations and development at CARSTAR Canada.
MacPhail brings experience with SQL, Python, Power BI, process automation and large-scale business analytics. Foster added that MacPhail’s technical background will support the network’s analytics work. “His ability to translate complex data into actionable insights will be critical as we continue to grow. Zach will play an important role in supporting data-driven strategies across the network.”
In a statement, MacPhail added that he was "thrilledto join CARSTAR Canada and apply data-driven insights to support business performance.”
