CARSTAR Canada is appointing Marie-Eve Tanguay and Tony Tombesi as franchise performance managers.
Based in Quebec, Tanguay brings more than 25 years of experience in automotive, collision repair, insurance and performance optimization. Her background includes leadership roles with collision repair facilities and insurers.
“Her experience across both collision repair and insurance will allow her to deliver meaningful insights to our franchise partners,” said Dave Foster, senior vice-president of operations and development at CARSTAR Canada. “She is a strong addition to our performance team and will help drive measurable results.”
Tombesi brings more than 20 years of experience in collision repair, refinishing, insurance and business performance. He previously worked in technical repair and paint roles before moving into operational leadership positions.
“He brings a practical, solutions-focused approach that will resonate with our franchise partners,” said Foster. “Tony will be instrumental in helping drive performance improvements across the network.”
Tanguay and Tombesi will work with franchise partners across Canada on operational performance, insurer scorecards and business growth initiatives.
