On the Move: Clarity Car Care hires brand development manager

Toronto, Ontario -- Clarity Car Care, the newly launched U.S. brand from Simplicity Car Care, is appointing Eric Gass as brand development manager for the state of Florida. 

In his role, Gass will be responsible for leading franchise growth and brand development efforts throughout Florida. With a deep understanding of the automotive industry and a track record of fostering high impact relationships, Gass brings the insight and local experience needed to drive Clarity Car Care’s mission forward.

According the company, the appointment aligns with Clarity Car Care’s focus on enabling franchisees to thrive through proven operational systems, customer-first strategies and modern tools designed to improve business performance. Gass's leadership in Florida is expected to help accelerate the brand’s regional presence and support independent repairers in building successful, scalable operations.

“I’m excited about the new partnerships we will develop with independent shop owners," Gass said. "Our goal is to help franchisees create sustainability through operational excellence, increased sales and profitability, while continuing to be laser focused on satisfying our customers."

Gass has more than two decades of automotive industry expertise. He previously served as the director of sales and market development for Gerber and as the senior director of off-airport sales strategy for Hertz.

His appointment was celebrated by Domenic Ieraci, president of Clarity Car Care, in a statement provided to press.
