
Two collision repair facilities in the Greater Toronto Area are joining a growing MSO.
CARSTAR Burlington Mainway and CARSTAR Burlington Fairview in Burlington, Ont., have been acquired by the Quantum Automotive Group, which also operates Mercedes-Benz Burlington.
The move links the two repair facilities with a dealership group experienced in servicing luxury vehicles. According to the company, the goal is to apply the same standards of precision, craftsmanship and customer service associated with premium automotive retail to the collision repair process.
“Our vision for CARSTAR Burlington Mainway and CARSTAR Burlington Fairview is to merge the trusted reliability of a local repair facility with the elevated standards of a luxury dealership,” says Ken Szekely, owner of the MSO. “From the moment a customer walks through our doors, we want them to feel the same care, attention to detail and professionalism they would experience in a premium automotive showroom. Our goal is simple: every repair must exceed expectations.”
The locations plan to continue investing in repair technology, modern equipment and technician training as vehicle systems evolve, including those used in luxury models. The company states the facilities emphasize factory-trained technicians, manufacturer-approved repair methods and quality control processes.
Szekely’s automotive operations have been active in Burlington for more than a decade through Mercedes-Benz Burlington, with involvement in healthcare initiatives, youth programs and other community organizations. The ownership group indicates those community efforts will continue through the CARSTAR locations.
