Looking Ahead to 2026: Growth and Autonomous Workflows
The report also looked at the growing business's near-term goals following a recent leadership transition that saw Domenic Ieraci succeed Paul Prochilo as CEO, while Prochilo moved into a new role as chief growth officer.
“As I step into the role of CEO, my focus is on leading Simplicity Car Care into its next phase of growth while staying anchored to what matters most: the success of our franchisees," said Ieraci. "We have built a strong national platform, but our future will be defined by how well we help our franchise partners grow, compete, and create lasting value in their local markets."
"As we look toward 2026, I am incredibly proud of how Simplicity Car Care has redefined the boundaries of the automotive industry," stated Paul Prochilo, Chief Growth Officer. "Having solidified our national presence, our focus now shifts to deep-tech integration. In 2026, we are moving from predictive analytics to true autonomous workflow management, identifying repair needs before a vehicle even enters the shop to drive cycle times down even further."
"Our mission is to continue strengthening our insurer relationships, expanding our network, and building the systems, support, and opportunities that allow every franchisee to perform at the highest level," Ieraci added.
