Canada Post is seeking businesses across Canada to provide paint, body and collision repair services for its commercial vehicle fleet.
The Crown corporation plans to establish multiple supply arrangements with qualified suppliers for repairs required to support its daily operations.
"Canada Post seeks submissions from respondents across Canada who can provide vehicle paint, body and collision repair services in support of the day-to-day operations of its fleet of commercial vehicles as further described in, and in accordance with, this Request for Supply Arrangement," officials wrote online.
The request for supply application window closes at 2 p.m. Eastern on Nov. 6, 2026. Solicitation documents are available through SAP Business Network using the link on Canada Post’s procurement page.
Canada Post operated nearly 14,900 vehicles in 2025, according to its annual report. Its delivery network served more than 17.8 million addresses in urban, rural and remote communities.
The operation included 22 processing plants, 423 letter carrier depots and more than 21,400 delivery routes. Canada Post handled nearly 5.9 billion pieces of mail, parcels and messages during the year.
The procurement notice specifies that repair services will be required on an as-needed basis. The public summary does not identify a total value, minimum repair volume or number of suppliers to be selected.
Businesses can access the solicitation under the paint, body and collision services listing on Canada Post’s goods and services contracts page.
