Toronto, Ontario -- The Women’s Industry Network is holding a second Most Influential Women panel on December 4 at 1 p.m. EST.

Following a similar panel in July -- which focused on a vision for the future of the industry -- the December panel will bring together four female leaders shaping the collision repair and automotive industries. Attendees can expect a lively conversation on leadership, influence and career journeys, offering insights into how women continue to make an impact across the sector.

The panel will include Trista Anger, senior vice president of Collision at BASF, Renee Sicotte, managing partner at Marion Auto Body and Glass, Tanya Sweetland, senior vice president at OEConnection and Erin Solis, senior vice president at Square One Systems.

WIN’s MIW Panels are designed to spotlight women driving innovation, mentoring the next generation and influencing industry standards. The December session will continue the dialogue on the evolving role of women in leadership, highlighting challenges, opportunities and strategies for success.

The event is open to industry professionals seeking inspiration and practical insights from some of the collision repair sector’s most influential voices.
