The Women’s Industry Network will open nominations for its 2027 Most Influential Women awards on Nov. 2, recognizing women making an impact across the collision repair industry in the U.S. and Canada.

The announcement will be celebrated at WIN’s annual SEMA Meet Up at 5 p.m. on Nov. 3 at the Benihana Westgate Hotel in Las Vegas. The event is free and open to all. Those interested in attending can register through WIN’s website.

Applications will be accepted until Jan. 5, 2027. The 2027 MIW recipients will be recognized at WIN’s annual conference May 3-4, 2027, at the Portland Marriott Downtown Waterfront in Portland, Ore.

“Our industry thrives because of the women who go above and beyond, not only in their daily operations but in the way they nurture those around them and champion progress,” says Jenny Anderson, WIN chair of the MIW Awards Committee.

“Nominations for our 2027 Most Influential Women award provides a vital opportunity to celebrate excellence across every facet of collision repair—from the shop floor to the executive office. By honoring these women, we are not only recognizing their impact but ensuring a vibrant, inclusive future for all who choose to pursue a career in this field.”

Recipients are selected based on criteria that include industry influence, professional accomplishments, mentorship and community service. An independent selection committee comprising industry professionals, past MIW recipients and WIN members who do not currently serve in leadership roles reviews and interviews nominees.

Established in 1999, the MIW program has recognized more than 135 women for their leadership, vision and commitment to excellence in collision repair. WIN assumed stewardship of the program in 2013 and continues to develop it in support of its mission to attract, develop and advance women in the industry.

The 2026 MIW recipients were Angie Babin, vice-president of OEM partnerships and strategy at Caliber Collision; Brandi Brydges, director of operations at ACX (AutoCanada Collision Centres); Jeanne Esquivel, North American business development and customer delivery technology leader at Entegral, powered by Enterprise Mobility; and Kena Dacus, owner of Dacus Auto Body & Collision Repair.

Women across all segments of the collision repair industry are eligible for nomination.
