The 2026 Growth Conference wrapped up in Banff, Alberta, on Saturday, Oct. 17, with discussions on personal potential and shop performance, followed by awards recognizing achievements across the Simplicity network.
The second day followed Friday’s sessions on business performance, leadership and personal growth. Day One featured presentations from Simplicity CEO Domenic Ieraci, COO Domenic Prochilo and CFO Shawn Wilson, along with keynote speaker Jesse Lipscombe.
Saturday’s program included a Top Performers Panel featuring Bassam Hijazi, Arash Mohktari, Paolo De Gaetano and Arik Hasson. The discussion focused on cycle time, RvR and sales per square foot, bringing operational performance measures into the conference’s broader discussion of business growth.
Keynote speaker Colin Angus presented “Increasing Personal Potential,” emphasizing resilience, persistence and the importance of focusing on manageable steps toward larger goals.
“You don’t need to be someone amazing to go out and take on big challenges,” Angus said.
He encouraged attendees to concentrate on what they could accomplish each day rather than becoming overwhelmed by long-term goals.
“How can we be our best? Let’s not worry about 5 or 10 years from now – let’s worry about one day at a time,” he said.
Saturday also included an excursion to Lake Louise, giving attendees an opportunity to connect outside the conference sessions.
The event concluded with the Growth Conference Awards Gala, where Simplicity recognized franchisees for customer experience, operational performance, sales growth, engagement and leadership.
