Businesses have one day left to guarantee priority booth selection at the 2026 SEMA Show in Las Vegas.
The Specialty Equipment Marketing Association has announced a March 27 booking deadline as the last opportunity for companies participate in the early booth allocation process. All businesses must submit a signed exhibit space rental agreement and deposit by to qualify for priority selection.
The process determines booth placement based on seniority points and application timing, with earlier commitments gaining access to more desirable locations.
“Exhibitors who want the best opportunity to secure their preferred booth space should submit their application and deposit by the deadline to participate in the priority booth space selection process,” said events vice-president Tom Gattuso in a press release.
The association outlines that seniority is calculated using a combination of years exhibiting and booth size, which determines selection order once the process begins. Companies that miss the deadline remain eligible to exhibit but are placed after the priority group, limiting access to high-traffic areas.
Priority booth selection begins April 28, when approved exhibitors receive assigned times to choose space from the live floor plan. The show runs November 3–6, 2026 at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
“Companies that delay risk losing access to premium locations that can significantly impact their return on investment,” Gattuso added.
