CSN Collision has added L’Atelier St-Ambroise to its network.
Owned by Stéphane Dumas, L’Atelier St-Ambroise is a newly launched collision repair business focused on high-quality repairs and customer service. Dumas said he was drawn to the trade because of its constant evolution.
“Collision repair is a field where you never stop learning, and that’s what makes the work so stimulating,” he explained.
The decision to join the CSN network was rooted in a desire for flexibility and collaboration. Dumas said the organization’s approach to working with its locations aligned with his vision for the shop.
“CSN demonstrates a strong openness toward its network, and that approach aligns with the vision I have for my shop,” said Dumas.
From its outset, L’Atelier St-Ambroise has emphasized repair quality as a foundation for building reputation and long-term customer loyalty. The shop offers a personalized approach for each client, with a focus on delivering turnkey service from intake to vehicle delivery.
“Our goal is for customer satisfaction to make our shop a trusted reference,” he added.
By joining the CSN network, L’Atelier St-Ambroise aims to build on shared values of consistency, discipline and quality while continuing its growth within a nationally recognized banner.
Headquartered in Oakville, Ont., CSN Collision was established in 2002. The organization supports independent collision repair facilities through access to direct repair programs with insurance partners, procurement programs with industry suppliers and ongoing operational training and support from its in-house team.
