Surrey, B.C. -- CARSTAR has opened a new collision repair facility in Surrey’s Cloverdale neighbourhood, expanding the Raydar Collision Group’s network in British Columbia.

The shop, located at 17511 56A Avenue, spans 791 square metres and replaces a longstanding collision centre that has served local drivers for more than 30 years. The new site features updated equipment designed for late-model vehicle repairs and holds I-CAR Gold certification.

Staffing includes three body technicians, two painters, a detailer, an appraiser and a customer service representative.

“This shop has been part of the Cloverdale neighbourhood for a long time, and we’re excited to bring it into the next chapter,” said Bill Davidson, owner of the Raydar Collision Group. “We’ve invested in the tools, the training, and most importantly, the people who will deliver an exceptional repair experience every day.”

CARSTAR Cloverdale joins the group’s existing CARSTAR locations in Mission, Hope, Surrey’s Sunnyside area, Kelowna, Langley and recently opened Coquitlam.

“The opening of CARSTAR Cloverdale is an exciting milestone for our franchise network and a testament to the Raydar Collision Group’s dedication to excellence,” said Andrew Northrup, Zone Director, CARSTAR.

The shop is now open and providing collision repair services to Cloverdale and surrounding communities.
