Simplicity Car Care is appointing Frank Blouin as regional growth and performance manager for Quebec and the Atlantic provinces.
In his new role, Blouin will work with franchise partners across both regions on performance, growth opportunities and market development. He will focus on franchise performance, key performance indicator management, business-to-business negotiations and regional network growth.

The bilingual Montrealer most recently served as vice-president of sales and operations at Matrix Motor Distribution. His previous roles include senior leadership positions at CMI Motor/CFMOTO Canada, ARGO XTV and Polaris Inc., where he spent two decades overseeing a large Eastern Canadian territory.
Domenic Prochilo, chief operating officer of Simplicity Car Care, said Blouin’s experience in network development will support franchise partners in Quebec and Atlantic Canada.
