NAPA CMAX, a division of UAP Inc., has announced the appointment of Terry Groves as business development manager, PBE, in the key account management team.
Groves brings more than 13 years of experience in sales, marketing, account management and business development in the automotive aftermarket. Most recently, he served as regional director at Uni-Select. Prior to that, he held commercial roles with BASF and 3M, where he partnered with customers to grow their businesses and build strong strategic partnerships.
In his new role, Groves will support key accounts and business development initiatives for NAPA CMAX’s network of locations, providing paint, equipment and body repair solutions to collision repair professionals across Ontario.
