One of the company’s biggest accomplishments this year was expanding the team. “Bringing in new talent not only strengthened the Carcone’s workforce but also added fresh perspectives and skills that continue to push us forward,” Carcone said. “This growth reflects the strong foundation that has been built and the increasing confidence the industry places in us.”

A major milestone for 2025 was the successful training of Carcone’s staff in electric-vehicle dismantling. As the automotive landscape evolves, Carcone says the company is committed to evolving with it.

“This investment in training ensures Carcone’s remains competitive, knowledgeable and wellprepared for the rapidly expanding EV market,” he said.

Looking ahead to 2026, Carcone said he is eager to build on this year’s success. “Our goal is to build on the foundation we’ve created while ensuring every improvement we make contributes to a smoother, faster and more customer-focused operation,” he said. “We end 2025 with gratitude — for our team, our customers and the progress we have made together. With momentum on our side and a clear vision, we’re confident the upcoming year will be another year of growth, innovation and shared achievement.”
