TEMPALERT

HV Battery Piece of Mind

Screenshot 2026 02 10 At 9 06 58 PmTempAlert is an early-warning thermal indicator engineered to detect abnormal temperature conditions inside a battery during charging, storage, or handling. The decal begins to activate at 58°C, providing the first visual sign that internal battery pack temperatures are rising beyond their normal operating range. At 60°C, TempAlert reaches a full alert, giving a clear and immediate signal that the battery requires attention.

If conditions stabilize and the temperature drops back below 58°C, the TempAlert indicator returns to black, resetting to its normal state. This activation and recovery cycle can be repeated, making it a dynamic, real-time monitoring tool. While TempAlert is a single-use safety product, it can be used alongside other battery management or monitoring systems for a layered approach to safety.

TempAlert is built to withstand demanding environments. Both the indicator and adhesive are rated for exposure up to 200°C, ensuring the sticker will not degrade, detach, or lose function even during high-temperature events. The product is UV resistant, and resistant to solvents and mild chemicals, making it suitable for indoor, outdoor, and commercial settings. TempAlert also provides low-temperature monitoring. When exposed to –4°C or below, the sticker changes to purple, and with continued temperature drop, transitions to blue, offering a clear visual indicator of cold-temperature conditions that may affect battery performance or cause battery cell damage.

TempAlert is a fast, simple, and reliable first line of defence in battery safety, storage and piece of mind. If you remove a battery for service or storage ask for TempAlert.
