EAGLE TOWING EQUIPMENT
Powering Auto Recycling with Reliability and Innovation

In 2024, Jack Poladian took the helm of Eagle Towing Equipment, inheriting a legacy built by his father and uncle. Under his leadership, 2025 became a landmark year: the company doubled its staff and achieved exceptional success at trade shows, solidifying its reputation as a trusted partner for the towing and auto recycling sectors.
Poladian emphasizes that Eagle’s strength lies in its people. “You have to hire a team you can trust. If you’re constantly looking over shoulders or double-checking every decision, you haven’t built the right team,” he explains. This focus on cultivating dedicated, skilled employees ensures Eagle can deliver consistent service and innovation for its clients.
Auto recyclers have long been a core segment for Eagle, and Poladian highlights the company’s commitment to meeting their unique needs. “We provide galvanized equipment rated from 10,000 to 40,000 pounds, built for the strength auto recyclers require. Minimal downtime is critical — if a truck isn’t running, our customers aren’t scrapping, and they aren’t making money. Our job is to ensure their success grows, which in turn grows ours.”
Eagle’s offerings go beyond standard carriers. They include auto loaders, rubrails, and custom modifications for electric vehicles, with weight ratings and safety standards tailored to the heavier batteries of EVs. The company also provides specialized training for towing electric vehicles, collaborating with industry leaders like James Ireland of Rescue 51 Towing & Recovery.
“We cater to customers going electric and those embracing sustainability, helping them reduce environmental footprints while maintaining operational efficiency,” Poladian adds. Through a combination of innovative products, hands-on training, and a team built on trust, Eagle Towing Equipment continues to set the standard for excellence in towing solutions for the auto recycling industry.
