A Retention Roundtable: CAF to host fourth trade webinar in seven-part series on March 13, 2025

Toronto, Ontario — The Canadian Apprenticeship Forum is hosting the fourth session of its ongoing webinar series, this time, with a focus on the mentorship experience in the trades sector and rentention strategies.

Set to take place on Thursday, March 13th, 2025 from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. ET, the webinar will specifically discuss the importance of the mentorship relationship in maintaining retention.

Attendees will discuss case studies from across Canada exploring effective strategies that other employers have successfully implemented in order to improve retention.

In this seven-part webinar series, which is set to continue until November, other topics discussed include onboarding and training, diverse hiring and the future of the trades.
