
Toronto, Ontario – CARFAX Canada has announced the launch of its new Service Suite, reportedly designed to serve as an all-in-one customer engagement tool for Canadian dealerships and service shops.
As noted in a recent press release, the Service Suite features two complementary components: Car Care, an automated communication tool; and Service Insights, a customer-facing report that predicts upcoming maintenance.
More specifically, the Car Care tool includes an automated email feature that helps dealerships and service shops to communicate. These reminders can be customized and tailored to the owner’s specific vehicle, says the release.
Additionally, according to the company, this tool allows users to access real-time performance metrics and respond to customer reviews.
Comparatively, the Service Suit reportedly includes customer-facing Service Insights reports that predict upcoming repair and maintenance needs using proprietary data analytics.
