Smarter Systems: BodyshopConnect sets sights on AI

Responsive website design mockup for collision repair service displayed on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices

BodyshopConnect, used by over 15,000 collision repair shops globally, is launching an AI-powered platform called BodyshopConnect AI in Q4 2026 that includes Intelligent Teammates to automate repetitive tasks, improve insights, and help shops make better decisions while keeping experienced people in control.

  • BodyshopConnect is used by more than 15,000 users across Canada, the United States, and Europe
  • The platform integrates with 35+ third-party systems commonly used in collision repair shops
  • BodyshopConnect AI launches Q4 2026 with Intelligent Teammates that handle admin tasks without replacing human decision-making
  • AI features can be customized and switched off per shop, and cannot independently close jobs, move money, or contact customers
  • The redesigned website supports English, French, and Spanish with dedicated integrations page and demo booking

Micazen Consulting & Technologies is launching the new bodyshopconnect.com, the redesigned home of BodyshopConnect, its collision repair shop management software. The new site marks the start of the platform's next phase: new partnerships and the arrival of BodyshopConnect AI in shops in Q4 2026.

The site was built for shop owners and managers who are evaluating software and want a plain answer to one question: how does this fit the tools we already run?

BodyshopConnect works with the estimating system a shop already uses, importing estimates and supplements, and manages everything that happens around them: production, parts, scheduling, job costing, and customer communication.

The new bodyshopconnect.com is available in English, French and Spanish. It includes a dedicated Integrations page organized by category, an expanded FAQ, and a direct path to book a demo or request pricing. Product and feature information is written to be read by people and by the AI search tools shops now use to compare software.

Launched in 2016, BodyshopConnect is used by more than 15,000 users across Canada, the United States and Europe, from single-location shops to multi-store organizations.

“This is an exciting moment for BodyshopConnect,” said Sharon Ashley, founder and president of Micazen. “Ten years in, we have a growing community of shops across three continents, a new home that shows clearly how the platform works with the tools they already run, and the strongest release in our history on the way. The new site is the first step into that next chapter.”

The launch sets the stage for a broader partner program. BodyshopConnect connects with more than 35 third-party systems used in collision repair, and the new Integrations page is where current and future partners will be listed by category.

BodyshopConnect™ AI arrives in shops Q4 2026. Built into the same platform and the same login, it brings Intelligent Teammates to the shop: AI helpers that take on the repetitive work, surface better insights, improve response times, and help teams make better decisions. Artificial intelligence is an enhancement, not a replacement, for experienced people: the Intelligent Teammate proposes, the shop confirms. It cannot close a job, move money, or message a customer on its own, and any feature can be switched off per shop.

“Shops are going to feel the difference rather than read about it,” Ashley said. “An Intelligent Teammatehandles the admin grind so the team can focus on the repair and the customer. Nothing is taken away. What a shop turns on, it keeps. This is AI built around the people who do the work, and I could not be more excited to bring it to our customers.”

Shops can learn more about the platform, review integrations, and sign up for early access at bodyshopconnect.com.
