
The Collision Industry Electronic Commerce Association will host its next webinar on March 12 at 2 p.m. EST, focusing on the expanding role of artificial intelligence in collision repair and claims. The one-hour live session, titled What You Haven’t Heard Yet About AI in the Collision Industry, will feature Bill Brower of Solera and Mark Fincher of CCC Intelligent Solutions.
The free broadcast will explore AI’s operational use, common misconceptions, applications in damage assessment and the customer experience, along with CIECA’s involvement in AI-related initiatives. The speakers will also discuss expectations for future developments.
Brower, senior vice-president of North America claims and global industry relations at Solera, brings more than 30 years of property and casualty claims experience. His background includes leadership roles with Nationwide Insurance, Liberty Mutual Insurance and LexisNexis Risk Solutions. He previously collaborated on development of the industry’s first photo estimating app, which helped lay the groundwork for Solera’s Qapter AI solution.
Fincher, vice-president of product management at CCC Intelligent Solutions, has spent three decades working with collision repair businesses across the United States. He is responsible for defining product integration strategy and roadmap development across CCC’s automotive technology portfolio, with an emphasis on addressing the growing complexity of vehicle repair.
Collision Industry Electronic Commerce Association develops and promotes electronic communication standards intended to improve efficiency and interoperability across the collision industry. Membership includes repairers, insurers, OEMs and technology providers.
