Callander, Ontario -- Simplicity Car Care is opening an intake centre in Laval, Quebec in order to expand its footprint in the province and provide more convenient and customer-friendly experiences to clients.
The Laval Intake Centre is designed to offer customers a streamlined, simplified intake process for auto collision repair. By focusing on ease, speed, and comfort, this new facility aims to make auto repair more simple, accessible and affordable.

Unlike traditional shops, the Laval Intake Centre is focused entirely on intake an estimating, giving customers a dedicated space where they can receive a quick and accurate damage assessment, discuss next steps with a knowledgeable team member and co-ordinate with insurance providers.
As part of the Simplicity network, the Laval centre ensures that once the intake process is complete, vehicles are directed to certified Simplicity repair facilities.
The opening of the Laval Intake Centre is part of Simplicity Car Care’s larger growth strategy across Canada — and especially in Quebec, where customer demand continues to rise.
