Port Washington, New York — Rivian has officially approved the Autel IA900 ADAS calibration system for use across its Certified Collision Network, granting repairers access to OE-approved equipment for Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) calibrations on Rivian models.
The certification follows rigorous testing on Rivian’s R1T, R1S, RCV, and EDV models, ensuring precise and repeatable calibration for the automaker’s Driver+ suite of safety features. Equipped with multiple camera and radar systems, Rivian’s ADAS technology has earned top safety ratings from the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS).
Chloe Hung, CEO of Autel, emphasized the IA900’s technological capabilities, noting its ability to calibrate complex ADAS systems.

Introduced in 2022, the Autel IA900 is an all-in-one solution, combining four-wheel alignment and ADAS calibration in a single platform. Featuring six high-resolution tracking cameras, the system significantly reduces setup time—completing target-to-vehicle alignment in under a minute compared to traditional laser and plumb bob methods, which can take upwards of 45 minutes, claims the company in a recent press release.
The Rivian certification extends to all IA900 Calibration System Packages, including the IA900WAT, IA900LDWT, and IA900AST, along with Rivian-specific target kits.
Rivian’s Certified Collision Centers are carefully selected based on specialized training, tool availability, and repair expertise, ensuring repairs meet the brand’s high standards. Repairers interested in joining the Rivian Certified Collision Network can apply directly through the manufacturer.
