Toronto, Ontario — At its Certified Collision Repair Conference, BMW announced that AirPro Diagnostics and asTech by Reparify have been named as scanning and diagnostic vendors for the OEM’s collision repair network.
In response to this announcement, Josh McFarlin, president and COO at AirPro Diagnostics stated in a recent press release that “we are proud to partner with BMW and assist their certified collision facilities while utilizing the factory ISTA software.”
The ISTA software, or Integrated Service Technical Application software, provides remote scanning and programming, and allows technicians to access vehicle information, diagnostic procedures and repair information from BMW.
Similarly, asTech by Reparify also confirmed that its “all-in-one” device connects to OEM tools such as BMW’s.
“We have coverage for over 95 percent of the car parc including EVs like Tesla and luxury vehicles such as BMW,” said Reparify’s response statement.
During BMW’s Certified Collision Repair Conference, the automaker confirmed that the two tools are approved vendors and will be available for technicians as required.
