Fix Network has expanded its Quebec footprint with the opening of ProColor Collision Rawdon, a new family-owned collision repair facility led by longtime industry professional Benoit Leblanc.
The Rawdon, Que., location opened May 20, 2025, adding to ProColor Collision’s network in the province. Benoit, an experienced body shop owner and operator, launched the business with the involvement of his immediate family, who occupy a range of operational and administrative roles.
“The project is so amazing that all my kids are embarking at 100 miles an hour in the company,” Leblanc said.
The shop’s structure reflects that family-led approach. La Flèche Leblanc serves as owner, manager and autobody technician. Eugène Leblanc is both owner and autobody technician, while Richer Leblanc works as autobody technician and parts clerk. Émmanuelle Leblanc acts as liaison officer, Providence Leblanc as accountant and Eugénie Leblanc as workshop director. Josée Nadeau works as the controller.
Benoit pointed to customer service and transparency as core priorities for the operation.
“[Our] specialty is really a combination of our customer service before, during and after repairs as well as transparency towards the customer,” he said.
That view was shared by his daughter, workshop director Eugénie Leblanc.
“Customer service has become one of our greatest assets,” she said
The decision to operate under the ProColor Collision banner followed Benoit’s industry experience and the family’s confidence in Fix Network’s reputation.
Benoit also reported increased customer activity following the franchise affiliation, citing higher volumes of calls, walk-in visits and online inquiries.
To meet demand, ProColor Collision Rawdon has invested in additional equipment, including a welding machine, a spot welder and a PPG water-based paint system.
