Toronto, Ontario -- Lauren Kolak, director of OEM business development at CCC Intelligent Solutions, has been announced as one of the speakers at the Women’s Industry Network Virtual Conference.
The WIN Virtual Conference runs from October 9-10, 2025, with each day starting at 10:00 a.m. and ending at 2:30 p.m. CT. Day one is titled “The Magic of Innovation” and day two is titled “Turning Innovation into Impact.”
In a social media post, WIN highlighted Kolak’s more than 15 years of experience in the automotive industry, including OEM sales, marketing and fixed operations. In her current role, Kolak leads CCC’s industry insights, bringing virtual intelligence to OEM partners.
In her session, “How the Evolving U.S. Car Parc is Reshaping Auto Claims and Repairs,” Kolak will explore why the aging vehicle population and rapid EV/hybrid growth are challenging traditional claims models, how vehicle complexity is affecting repairability and total loss thresholds and what insurers, OEMs and repairers can do to adapt now, as stated in the social media post.
